As with Android #17 and Android #18, we have finally received an Extreme variant of Android #16 shortly after the release of SP Android #16 GRN. This Fighter is a Support through and through, and his Unique Ability echoes what happened during the Cell Games Saga, as his death directly leads to bolstering your Teammates’ Damage significantly.
Since this Fighter has a Yellow specific Z-Ability, he would ideally be placed in a Team whose goal is to Buff that color as much as possible. He can also be used as a replacement in an Android Team if it’s missing key Fighters.
Deals major Impact damage.
Gain Attribute Upgrade "-40% to enemy's 'Cover: Sustained Damage CUT'" for 15 timer counts.
Inflicts enemy with Attribute Downgrade "+10% to Impact Damage Received" for 15 timer counts on hit.
Unlock Ki: Form of Attack
+15% to allies' inflicted damage for 20 timer counts.
He's got some interesting Support in the form of his Main Ability that reduces Strike and Blast Arts Card costs for Teammates.
A Unique Ability with all Damage Buffs that only benefit his Teammates after EX Android #16 YEL dies, while interesting, make him a liability on the field.
Despite his strong focus on Support, EX Android #16 YEL is a bit of a liability on the field since his stats aren't that great in a neutral Match and none of his Buffs actually apply to himself. A Yellow Buffing Z-Ability also hurts his viability on an Android Team--core or bench.
