EX Coora BLU is mostly a bench Fighter for Sagas Warriors, since his Z-Ability makes up for an otherwise unimpressive toolkit. In fact, at 5 stars it Boosts both Strike Attack and Defense by a considerable amount.
In the rare cases he’s used in a Match, he can Support the Team with his Unique Abilities that Boost Teammate Damage and Ki Recovery.
Sagas Warriors and the Lineage of Evil Tag finally have a good selection of Equips, and EX Coora BLU has access to the options in both.
While his stats are low, he doesn’t have any especially weak links among them, making EX Coora BLU even easier to Equip since he can take whatever the rest of the Team doesn’t use.
Unreliable in PVP
EX Coora BLU’s stats are pretty even across the board, but they are mostly low. This isn’t so bad since his Unique Abilities rely on frequent Fighter switching, but he still cannot be relied upon to hold his own in a PVP setting.
Mixed Arts Cards Held
Both Lineage of Evil and Sagas Warriors are Strike Attack dependent Tags, so having an unnecessary Blast Card in the deck can be bothersome.
He’s a good addition to every Sagas Warrior Team thanks to his great Z-Ability. Other than that, he doesn’t have much to offer considering how weak his stats are when compared to the majority of SP Fighters in the current Meta.
While there aren’t many good Blue Fighters in this Tag, there are still much better choices than EX Coora BLU.
Green Strike Damage received DOWN when Health is below 50%

EX Coora BLU is a Support Fighter and should stay alive as much as humanly possible to aid his Team with his wide array of Support qualities. This is an excellent Equip as it patches up his lackluster Blast Defense and gives him some survivability against Green Fighters when taken below 50% Health.
Because of the stat Buffs, this Equip is self-explanatory and required for any ExtremeBlue Fighter.
The following effects occur based on the amount of health the enemy has left: [Health is 50% and up] +20% to damage inflicted for 30 timer counts. [Health is below 50%] +40% to damage inflicted for 20 timer counts. Requirements: 15 timer counts must elapse.
Energize: Inflicted Dmg UP
+20% to allies' inflicted damage for 15 timer counts when character enters the battlefield.
Assist: Ki Recovery UP
+30% to allies' Ki Recovery for 15 timer counts when characters are switched.
He provides excellent Support for his Team through his two Unique Abilities.
While his stats have since fallen off considerably, his Z-Ability and Support qualities give him staying power on the bench and can still occasionally come into a Match if an extra Blue Fighter is needed.
