Neither Tag has many Ranged Fighters so in that sense, he already brings a lot to the table, even if he’s a textbook glass-cannon.
EX SSJ Vegeta PUR is a bit of a mixed bag, but he’s great for Players who can pull him off.
This Fighter’s Main Ability creates the opportunity for a pretty interesting Combo. His Special Move increases Complex Damage by 50%, so the trick is to wait until he’s drawn a Special Arts Card naturally before activating his Main Ability and drawing a second one.
Since Special Moves typically cost 50 Ki, it’s good to wait until the Enemy’s Vanish Step gauge is definitely depleted while also keeping EX SSJ Vegeta PUR’s Ki gauge maxed.
This type of Fighter is more forgivable among SP Rarities and while his Blast Attack stat currently ranks among the high SP Fighters, his Strike and Blast Defenses put him among other much older EX and HE Fighters.
Considering how difficult it is to pull of Blast Combos in PVP, he’s more likely to be taken out before he can do any significant Damage.
EX SSJ Vegeta PUR has a lot of really powerful Buffs, but they are locked behind too many requirements.
His Team Unique Ability requires having another Otherworld Warrior Teammate to increase his Ki Recovery Speed--which be more of a weak link for stronger SP Fighters like SP Super Gogeta RED--and his Z-Ability only affects Super Saiyans.
Otherworld Warriors don't currently have much Z-Ability Synergy of their own and primarily rely on other Tags like Sagas Warriors.
This means that while building a Team of Otherworld Warrior Fighters is possible unless there were no better options, but he would likely not even make a suitable bench Fighter due to his Z-Ability limitations.
This Team is likely a better fit for him, but it also comes with some notable limitations.
There are plenty of Super Saiyans to build a Team with and the Tag actually has some Super Saiyan specific Buffs as well, but normal Saiyans, Super Saiyan 2, and Super Saiyan 3 Fighters would not benefit from his Z-Ability.

This Equip remains as one of the best options for any Ranged Fighter, and nothing is different here, especially considering EX SSJ Vegeta PUR’s Sparking level Blast Attack stat.
The extra Health also helps since this Fighter is not especially Defensive.

As an Offensive glass cannon, this is the best choice for the second slot. Even with his porous Defense, the extra Strike Defense will still come in handy in this Strike-heavy Meta.
