Another Bulma variant from the original Dragon Ball Series, EX Youth Bulma YEL is a seriously powerful Ranged Fighter so long as she isn’t on the receiving end of any heavy fire.
Her Blast Damage output is definitely on the level of several PVP viable SP Fighters, but it may be a little difficult to fit her into a Team because of her Tags and the company she shares in each.
High Ranged Damage Output
Her base Blast Attack is already pretty powerful but her Unique Abilities Buff it even higher by up to 80%.
Her drawable Extra Move also has a chance to Buff Blast Damage by another 30% and she even adds a Bleeding Blast Arts Card to the Team’s deck, so even Fighters with low Blast output will still inflict Bleed.
Random but Effective
Blast Damage, Critical Rate, or Paralyze, EX Youth Bulma YEL’s drawable Extra Move can give her a huge advantage regardless of what it gives her.
Draw a Blast Arts Card next. One of the following effects will also occur randomly. +30% to Blast damage inflicted for 30 timer counts. +50% to own Critical Rate for 30 timer counts. +70% chance to inflict Paralyze upon landing a Blast Arts hit for 30 timer counts.
Her Blast Attack is among the highest in the entire game and is bolstered tremendously by her Unique Abilities.
Her Main Ability not only keeps the tempo going for her Team, but also cripples the Enemy Team by reducing their Ki by 50.
EX Youth Bulma YEL was part of the recent wave ofEX Rarity Fighters that are devastating in Combat and can supplement their Team with great Z-Abilities. While Female Warriorsdon’t prioritize Blast Attack, her toolkit is so good that it can offset that inconvenience. The Tag still appreciates her dual Z-Ability regardless.
