He's since fallen off due to Super Saiyans falling a bit out of favor, but is still an essential member of any Lineage of Evil Team due to his Health Z-Ability and can just as easily be brought into a Match due to his excellent Support qualities.
A Supportive Tank
This is a Support Fighter--and a really great Support at that-- but SP Chilled PUR also has some pretty good Defense Stats. His Team Buffs mainly focus on Vanish Step, Health, and Damage Buffs, but his death also offers some consolation.
When SP Chilled PUR dies, his Teammates receive 80% less Damage from Super Saiyans for 15 timer counts. This is a relatively short window with a definite limitation for a Cover-esque Ability, but 80% Defense is a huge advantage during that time.
Pressure Point Punch
Similar to SP King Dabura BLU’s Paralyzing Blast Arts Card, SP Chilled PUR can stop Enemies in their tracks with a Strike Attack and open them up to massive Combos.
His Special Move also has a Sizable 70% chance of inflicting Paralysis.
Inconsistent Shelf Life
While SP Chilled PUR is an exceptional choice when matched against Super Saiyans, Abilities like this can have a Fighter in and out of the Meta very quickly if they are not a popular Team.
SP Chilled PUR does a whole lot for his Team, but barely anything for himself. He has a self-healing Extra Move, but considering how unclear how much Health is actually Recovered, it’s difficult to tell how worth the cost this Move is.
Lineage of Evil
This is the most obvious and option for Teams. SP Chilled PUR lacks the Frieza Force Tag but can bring a lot in terms of Team Buffs. Since the Lineage of Evil Tag is lacking many Z-Ability Fighters, it’s still a good idea to fill the bench with Frieza Force or Color locked Z-Buffs.
This gives him a relatively even mix of Strike and Blast Attack, stats he is almost dead-even in.
Applies the following effects to allied "Tag: Lineage of Evil": +70% to Vanishing Gauge Recovery for 15 timer counts. +35% to damage inflicted for 30 timer counts. -5 to Strike & Blast Arts cost for 30 timer counts. Requirements: 15 timer counts must elapse.
The following effects will occur if own health ratio is higher than your opponent's when entering the battlefield: +30% to own Ki Recovery. +25% to damage inflicted. This effect will be removed if own health ratio is lower than your opponent's after enemy attack is over.
Beware the Golden Saiyan
Reduce allies' damage received from "Tag: Super Saiyan" by 80% for 15 timer counts when defeated.
Improvements to the Lineage of Evil Tag and his Anti-Super Saiyan +80% Damage reduction make this Fighter too good not to include in a Lineage of Evil Team, but he'll likely be on the bench more often than not.
While his secondary Unique Ability makes his death valuable, SP Chilled PUR’s toolkit makes him extremely useful while alive too.
Inherited Malice is one of the best Buffs in the game and his Paralyzing Strike Arts Card makes him quite useful in the core now that Lineage of Evil can hold its own without too much Frieza Force Support.
But with the increased Meta diversity makes his Anti-Super Saiyan Buff less relevant.
