He’s a Goku imposter, which sets him back in terms of Equips and Synergy, but literally everything else about him makes that forgivable.
Extremely versatile in how he can be played, SP Goku Black YEL is a must for any Saiyan Team.
A Literal Tank
A self-destruct from SP Android #16 GRN won’t kill him at full Health--that’s how good his Defense stats are.
SP Goku Black YEL is built like a Defense Fighter, yet his held Arts Cards, Blast Attack stat and it’s relevant Ability Buffs make him an equally capable Offense Fighter.
Saiyans have needed a new Tank for a while, and the fact that he’s Yellow makes him all the more essential for that particular Build.
His Main Ability has a very short charge time of 15 timer counts and grants two different Buffs based on his Health, meaning that it can be used based on the needs of the moment.
His primary Unique deals an additional 30% Damage to all Saiyan and Hybrid Saiyan Enemies, meaning most PVP Teams that have to face SP Goku Black YEL are basically doomed.
And that Damage Buff will just keep climbing since his Glory Unique increases Blast Damage inflicted by 35% for each Enemy he defeats.
Not Even His Final Form
SP Goku Black YEL is truly a master of the Meta through not only his Anti-Saiyan and Hybrid Saiyan Unique, but his Extra Move as well.
This Move increases Vanishing Gauge Recovery by 30% for 15 timer counts and eventually Buffs Blast Damage and later Ki Recovery Speed depending on how long the Match has been going on.
This Fighter is hard to kill and only gets stronger.
A Z-Ability for Future Use
This Tag is very limited both in Fighters and Z-Abilities. Since he and most Future Trunks variants don't mesh well, there isn't a viable Team build in this Tag yet.

Due to how popular Strike Offense is in the Meta, A Saiyan who can act as Both Tank and Range is great because it means the other two Fighters can throw all they have into Melee.
The only real downside is his Future Buffing Z-Ability, but this almost a non-issue when looking at the rest of his toolkit.
The following effects occur based on the amount of health left. [Health is 50% and up] +50% to damage inflicted for 20 timer counts. [Health is below 50%] Restores own health by 20% and +35% to damage inflicted for 20 timer counts. Requirements: 15 timer counts must elapse.
