|Arts Cards Held|
This Fighter has one of the highest Blast Attack stats and with exception to his Z-Ability, SP PF Cell RED makes every point of Damage count with massive buffs to himself and debuffs to the Enemy.
While he would be a tactical benefit to most Teams, this Fighter is a bit of a Master-of-None due to his poor Tag Synergy. Fortunately, this is made forgivable by his other stats, which are pretty powerful across the board.
Keep the Enemy Down
This is a Fighter who’s meant to be swapped in to put the Enemy Down and keep them down with increased Strike and Blast Arts Card costs, increased damage inflicted, and decreased Health Recovery.
Game changing Ultimate
Ultimate Moves received from Main Abilities have always been one of the more--if not most--powerful swings in a PVP Match, and not only does SP PF Cell RED have access to one, it comes with a huge 30% chance to inflict Faint.
If landed, this will allow the Player to re-stock on Cards and gain most of their Vanish-Step Gauge back.
Poor Tag Synergy
Outside of what he can do on his own, this Fighter has very little to give an Android team, especially since his Z-Ability only Buffs the Regeneration Tag--and only by one stat. Unfortunately, because of his shortcomings in both of these Tags, it also gives him very little viability in Color Counter Teams as well.
Outdated Unique Ability
Part of what made SP PF Cell RED such an oppressive Fighter when he first arrived was his Unique Ability, which inflicts an extra 40% Blast Damage to Super Saiyan.
As the game delves deeper into certain Sagas, this Tag is starting to be used less and less, making this Fighter much less effective overall. The most recent banners have caused him to fall from grace very quickly.

...It seems we miscalculated.

Even if he doesn’t have much to offer Androids Tagged Abilities, he can certainly benefit from theirs. Despite SP PF Cell RED’s lack of Tag Synergy, he makes up for it through Enemy debuffs and massive Blast Attack Combos.
This Tag may be small, but it shows promise and has even experienced recent growth. Sadly, SP PF Cell RED’s Z-Ability is pretty useless to the few Fighters within this Tag.
One interesting solution to the problems of both Teams Builds would be to create an Android Regeneration Team. While the Teammate options are limited, it would prove effective against the two most popular Teams within the Meta: Saiyans and Androids--especially if SP PF Cell RED has SP Kami Piccolo BLU on his Team.
