First appearing in theDragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn movie before joining the GT run of the Anime, this Fighter is not Goku or Vegeta, he is SP Super Gogeta RED.
As expected from a Fusion of two powerful warriors, SP Super Gogeta RED is extremely well-rounded in both stats and Buffs, but as mentioned previously, he is not Tagged as a Goku or Vegeta variant. This also means he isn’t Tagged as Vegeta Family or Son Family, so he doesn’t gain Synergy or Equip options from any of them.
Despite that, this star-studded Fighter creates new possibilities for the Fusion Warrior Tag and has found a permanent home in both Saiyan and Super Saiyan Teams.
Jack of All Trades
Jack of all trades, and possibly master of them too. This Fighter dominates in both Attack stats, and holds his own in Defense and Health as well. Ki is his least impressive stat, and even that one is well above average. Neither of his Unique Abilities pick sides between Strike and Blast Buffing and since his Ultimate Fusion Unique Ability is stackable, he doesn’t give off the feeling that his Buffs are stretched too thin among many stats.
Of course, that doesn’t stop him from going the classic Saiyan route, since this Fighter is self-sufficient, deals massive damage before even getting Buffed by the Team, and can viably fill Melee, Ranged, or Tank roles.
The problem with this Fighter’s Tags is that he has a lot of options, but little in the way of optimization for each. His Unique Ability limits him to Teaming up with a Paikuhan variant, his Z-Ability only benefits the very limited Fusion Tag, and since SP Super Gogeta RED isn’t Tagged as Goku or Vegeta, he loses those Equip options as well.
That isn’t to say he wouldn’t make a great addition to each team he’s in, but for many of the less populated Tags, he would be the best Fighter by a mile. Additionally, his Z-Ability is tied to the Fusion Warrior Tag which is currently quite limited.
He pairs excellently with SP SSJ Bardock BLU and SP SSJ Broly PUR to form what is somewhat known as the Holy Trinity. SP SSJ Bardock BLU Buffs fellow Super Saiyans, causing SP Super Gogeta RED to deal disgusting amounts of Damage.
Even SP SSJ Broly PUR’s Z-Ability significantly Buffs him, giving Sagas Warriorsa sizeable increase in Strike and Blast Attack after 5 stars. The bench would still need to be filled with Saiyan Z-Buffs, but Super Saiyans are beginning to distinguish themselves from base-level Saiyans.
The benefit to this Team is that there aren’t any Moves or Abilities that specifically counter it (yet), so it already gains that huge advantage in PVP.
Sagas Warriors no longer lack newer and higher tier Fighters either, meaning that SP Super Gogeta RED has plenty of core and bench support, but won’t be expected to carry the entire Team.
Deals massive Explode damage. 20% chance to inflict Faint on hit.
Just Give Up
Counter will activate upon enemy's tap attack or Strike Arts attack while in fighting pose. Once the counter is activated, enemy's attribute upgrades & buff effects will be erased, and +20% to own Strike damage inflicted for 10 timer counts.
His Extra Move not only counters Strike Attacks but removes attribute upgrades on the Enemy--effectively neutralizing their advantage.
This Fighter has no stat weaknesses. This on top of his game-changing Moves and Abilities makes him a Top PVP Team requirement.
Ultimate Move Restores 50 Ki instantly and his Special Move has a 20% chance to faint. Combine this with his stacking Combo Damage Buffs and Health Restoring Main, and this Fighter is a Tank and Offensive Fighter all rolled into one.
