Overview

SP Vegeta GRN is an infuriating Fighter to play against thanks to his phenomenal Extra Move: Explosive Wave. It counters anything and everything and is a great way to initiate a Combo.

He’s the perfect fodder for a Rising Rush through his Main and Unique Abilities; not only does he get nearly half his Health back upon death, but he also comes back significantly stronger.

With all-around superb Offensive and Defensive stats, SP Vegeta GRN is a deadly comeback monster who can completely turn the tides of the Match.

Strengths

Multi-Directional Extra Move

This Fighter's Explosive Wave fully surrounds him which means it is effective even when the Enemy uses their Vanish, making it extremely hard to counter.

The only way to escape is to dash back but that's not possible after Vanish-Stepping or when they're in close proximity.

Endurance

His Endurance Unique Ability revives SP Vegeta GRN upon death, which is insanely game-changing.

That coupled with his healing Main Ability gives him over 60% to Strike Damage, so SP Vegeta GRN really makes the Enemy grit their teeth with this comeback.

Weaknesses

Some Average Stats

He makes for a great Melee Tank, but his Blast Attack and Ki Recovery Speed are significant weak points.

Ki Recovery Speed can’t be fixed with Team Synergy or Soul Boosting either, so it’s all downhill from here.

Team Synergy

Green Color Counter

With his Green buffing Z-Ability, he fits in perfectly as the primary Damage dealer in a Green Color-Counter Team.

Frieza Force

This Team easily takes care of the Saiyan Meta with SP FF Frieza YEL, SP Captain Ginyu GRN, and SP Vegeta GRN as the core lineup. Both SP FF Frieza YEL and SP Vegeta GRN make exceptional use of SP Captain Ginyu GRN's Held Extra Arts Card.

Saiyan

The Saiyan Tag finally has a new Green Fighter. While SP Bardock GRN has stayed strong with only a little bit of power creep, the same cannot be said about SP SSJ Goku GRN.

SP Vegeta GRN is a great defensive option, as well as an excellent counter to Blue Fighters. Even if he doesn’t always get picked for core in a given game, just having him around will make Enemy Players think twice when choosing their Fighters.
