  • SP Perfect Cell YEL is an offensive powerhouse with a drawable Ultimate Move that has the chance to inflict Faint and tons of Damage Buffs.
  • His Enemy Card sealing Unique Ability, Cover: Rescue, and Enemy Cover Debuff also make him hard to take out, or defend against.

  • He forms a great Defensive duo with SP Fusion Android #13 RED, as he nullifies Blast Attacks while the latter nullifies Strike Attacks when sent in via Cover

  • His Ultimate Move has a 100% chance to inflict every member of the opposing Team with paralyze, which is one of the more game-changing effects currently in the game.

  • He’s here mainly thanks to his Damage. While SP Fusion Android #13 RED isn’t a powerhouse right off the bat, he has quite a few ways to inflict chaos. In fact, his Buffs build up depending on how long he stays on the field, and his Ultimate inflicts catastrophic Damage even through covers. Lastly, he gets great Buffs as the Last Man Standing

  • His Utility is quite nice, since he adds +2 to all enemies’ sub count if an opponent switches out while he is on the field, he has a throw-away type of Cover, and his Extra Move is a charge type with Blast Armor, that puts the enemy on a combo.

Discussion

Before saying anything else, it should be noted that the one listed above isn’t a common trio. The three Fighters in the main rotation are very potent and synergize quite well in battle, however that’s not all this Team has to offer. In fact, every single "bench" Fighter is just as great in the core as those three. Android Teams are blessed with having a solid Fighter in every color slot, meaning they can choose anyone they wish.

For example, SP Android #13 BLU thrives against Son Family and generally Teams that have Goku -- God Ki, Saiyan --. On the other hand, SP Android #14 GRN does well against Yellow Color Counter and Lineage of Evil, since he hasn’t any color disadvantage in those matchups and hits quite hard against any opponent. SP Android #17 PUR is an excellent all-around Fighter that stops Combos dead in their tracks and can cripple the Enemy Team.

One thing to consider is the fact that SP Super #17 GRN's hand can fill up with Extra Moves quite quickly, so pairing him with someone that can utilize these efficiently would be a wise idea. Throwing SP Android #15 PUR into the mix can be very effective, as his Extra Moves provides permanent Buffs and Debuffs.

Androids are not required to run EX 1F Cell YEL on the bench despite his excellent Health Z-Ability, as Androids are also blessed with amazing Equipment options that give plenty of Health, such as Awakened This Should Be Fun, Awakened ...it seems we miscalculated.  and original ...it seems we miscalculated

He should be considered a Core Fighter by all means. His Blast Damage is great right off the bat, and he has something most Androids lack: permanent Buffs thanks to Crisis that make him very powerful in the late game, also thanks to his Healing Effect on switch if any of his allies has been defeated.

His Extra Move spam when paired with SP Super #17 GRN has given him a lot of appeal as of recently, but his base stats are still a bit low. As soon as he's exhausted as many Extra Moves as possible, he should be sent into any opposing Rising Rush.

His Strike Damage output is amazing and he’s very durable, however he just fits worse into the Team than any of the Core Fighters. While his “Obliterating Power” Unique Ability permits him to swap Blast Cards for Strike Cards, him having to handle a Deck filled with Blast Cards is still not ideal. This forces him to be switched out continuously, which is not always possible with this Team's substitution counts rising with each Cover ability activated.

The Blast-heavy Deck also makes him a poor last man standing Fighter. That being said, he's perhaps the most devastating Melee Fighter in the game right off the bat.

SP Android #17 PUR does just about everything, from Offensively to Defensively. It's important to note that while a lot of his Teammates get better the longer the Match goes on, he's not as effective if his Teammates go down, as he'll lose a whopping 40% Blast Attack for no longer having both Teammates alive.
